Hi, I'm Andy

> I was born and raised in Hickory, NC. I grew up with a curiosity for nature, the universe, and how humans organize and make civilization work (or not). Over the years, that curiosity hasn't changed. Today, I study Energy Policy at the University of Texas at Austin's LBJ School of Public Affairs, where I focus on transmission infrastructure and residential electrification and efficiency. In my spare time I love to coach and play basketball, backpack, ski, climb, bike, and read and write! You'll find out lots more about me here, glad you came!
